Respond Lebanon App
The RESPOND Lebanon app provides support to all actors involved in the prevention and response to Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) in Lebanon, as part of the Lebanon Crisis Response Plan.
We designed our latest app update using the Inter-Agency Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for preventing and responding to SGBV in Lebanon. These SOPs help create effective guidance for implementing prevention and response strategies, ensuring survivors and communities receive quality and holistic care.
What’s New in RESPOND Lebanon App?
Upgraded Referral Systems: To ensure survivors receive timely and appropriate help, our updated app introduces a revamped referral system that will enable easier navigation and streamlined communication.
Informational Videos on SOPs: We have developed a series of educational videos to explain the SOPs. These videos will be a helpful resource for anyone seeking to better understand our principles, procedures, and their roles in prevention and response to SGBV.
Enhanced Support for Survivors: Our app now provides additional tools and resources for survivors, making it easier than ever to find support, understand their rights, and connect with aid organizations.
Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA): We have integrated a comprehensive section on PSEA to ensure individuals are aware of their rights, can identify exploitation and abuse, and know how to report any potential cases.
